This program will provide you with a series of stretches and exercises that you can perform to improve the health of your back.

I have been through one year of physiotherapy when I hurt my back and have collected the stretches and exercises that have helped me recover, all in one program.

MY WORKOUT ROUTINE

Over the course of my 8 years of training in the gym, I have come across several exercises, routines, sets, reps and I have decided to put together the workout split that has brought me the best results over the course of the years.

The program consists of a 4-day split, with two active rest days. It focuses on building strength and muscle mass. It can be performed by males and females, however, it might not be suitable for beginners.
